Tract is located 3.5 miles south of Secor Il., then ¼ mile west on Rd #700N.(Palestine Township)

TERMS OF SALE:

1.       10% down day of sale w/balance due within 30 days

2.       The successful bidder shall be required to enter into a written contract to purchase immediately on conclusion of sale.

3.       A title policy guaranteeing merchantable title shall be furnished in the amount of the purchase price and paid for by the seller.

4.       Possession shall be given at time of closing.

5.       2009 Real Estate taxes shall be prorated to the date of delivery of possession, by issuing allowance of credit at closing.

6.       The seller reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

7.       Announcements the day of sale will take precedence over printed material.
