The Know-It-Alls- They are arrogant, usually have an opinion on every issue. When wrong, they get defensive.

The Passives- Never offer ideas or let you know where they stand.

The Dictators- Bully and intimidate, constantly demanding and brutally critical.

The Yes People- Agree to any commitment, rarely deliver, can not trust them to follow through.

The No People- Quick to point out why something won’t work. What is worse they are inflexible.

The Gripers- Is anything ever right with them? They prefer complaining to finding solutions.

Of course you recognize them. Learn to deal with them.
